Lisa Reible was appointed to the position of Office of Program Services Director for the Division of Adult Institutions (DAI) in June of 2019. In this role, she provides oversight and guidance for all treatment and education programs in the 36 DAI facilities. Lisa began her career with the DOC in September of 2006 as a Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor at Taycheedah Correctional Institution. In 2014, she promoted to Corrections Program Supervisor at TCI where she supervised the Monarch Special Management Unit and Restrictive Housing Unit and the treatment delivered to the women in those units. She additionally had supervisory oversight for the AODA Residential and AODA Dual Diagnosis programs at TCI. In 2016, she played a lead role in implementing gender-responsive programming throughout the Wisconsin Women’s Correctional System. In 2017, she moved to the position of Reentry Project Manager in the DOC Reentry Unit. In that role, she led initiatives related to risk and needs assessment and evidence-based practices for all DOC divisions. Lisa earned a bachelor’s of Social Work degree from UW-Green Bay in 2006 and received her

Substance Use Disorder Counseling certification from Gateway Technical College in 2008. She holds licensure as a Social Worker and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor.
